So true. Blip’s support strategy includes Twitter, but also includes comprehensive e-mail support (via the excellent FogBugz), forums by Get Satisfaction and contextual inline help. Our support strategy also includes occasional IM, phone and in-person help as well.

I’m looking to spend no more than about $300. Ikea has a great one, but it’s never in stock. The CB2 one is ugly and scratches easily. Help?
