In June of 2009, the SEC announced that it had finally figured out what to do with the $4 million I had given it to compensate those who felt defrauded by me: Turn it over to the Treasury. As it turned out, to my great relief, so few investors had filed grievances that my disgorgement had mostly accrued interest for six years. And now, I am happy to say, it has been used to reduce the national debt.Great Henry Blodget post on the ongoing (and they forever will be, unfortunately for all of us) personal attacks he gets.
