Terrible white-whine ad. What message are they trying to convey?

 How about this:
You waste a lot of money on your over-priced and probably over-roasted coffee. For a long time, we thought this meant you were a sucker. Then we found a way to charge you forty bucks for swiping your debit card to get that coffee. So we knew you were a sucker. And no, you didn’t like it. But you couldn’t do anything about it.
So now the game is up. Congress got pissed. We’re not allowed to charge you overdraft fees on debit card swipes unless you opt-in. As we said, you’re a sucker. But not that much of a sucker. So we’ll pretend that our turning over a new leaf is voluntary. And we’ll still hit you with overdraft fees for other things.

Why so bitter? Switch banks if you don’t like it. I switched to Ally. You can too.
